Shipping

Purchases are shipped via Canada Post Expedited with standard delivery times of 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.  All shipped orders include tracking information.

We are not responsible for any loss, delays, or damages during shipping.

All orders are eligible for in-store pickup at 303 Main Street, Wellington.  You will receive a confirmation email once the order is ready for pick-up, typically within 24 hours of order submission.  Please note we are closed Mondays & Tuesdays.

Returns

Custom Paintings & Wedding Stationery

Due to the custom nature of commissioned paintings and wedding stationery, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation with the exception of returns due to defective product or wrong item shipped. If there is an error made on our part, we will either reprint / remake the items or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.

In-Store Purchase Returns

In-store purchases can be exchanged or a store credit issued up to 7 days after the purchase date. You must have your receipt, the item must be in its original condition with the tags attached in order to complete an exchange or store credit.

*DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HRS OF PURCHASE.
Online Purchase Returns
Online purchases can be returned up to 7 days after the delivery date, in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and with the original tags attached. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO STORE CREDIT ONLY (once we receive the item back we will issue you a store credit via online gift card). Items with a discount of 30% OFF or greater discount will be final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable, the customer will also be responsible for covering the shipping charges of the returning merchandise. To begin the return process please contact us via email at studio@emmaallen.ca. Once your return is approved you will be provided with further instructions.
