INVESTMENT
Watercolour house portraits range between $400-600 depending on the complexity of the house. To secure a spot you must submit this initial payment of $350, I will be in touch within 1-3 business days by email with information on next steps, accurate quote, and turnaround time. Paintings are 11"W x 14"H unless requested otherwise.
PROCESS
Once your order is placed, I'll be in touch via email to gather images of the house and discuss your preference for size and orientation. From there I will provide an accurate quote and outstanding payment details. Paintings will ship via Canada Post Expedited (tracked).
* Please note this $350 purchase is the initial payment to secure your spot. After we work together to confirm the details of your order, an invoice will be sent for the remaining cost. The final invoice will also include your shipping fee.
