Shipping & Returns
Purchases are shipped via Canada Post with standard delivery times of 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.
Rushed day-of signage + stationery orders will be shipped via Purolator Express at the clients expense.
We are not responsible for any loss, delays, or damages during shipping.
Due to the custom nature of our services, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. If there is an error made on our part, we will either reprint / remake the items or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.
